At Drake Landing Dental our mission is to provide friendly, professional and complete dental services that encourage our patients to take an active role in caring for their teeth and gums. Dr. Rob Sefcik

Dentist

Dr. Sefcik completed his Bachelor of Science earning honors with great distinction and majoring in neuroscience at the University of Lethbridge. He then received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Detroit Mercy. Dr. Sefcik is passionate about providing the highest quality of care for each of his patients. His family, friends, and co-workers know him as a perfectionist who is constantly striving to further his dental knowledge through continuing education courses.

Dr. Sefcik was born and raised in Southern Alberta and loves being near the mountains for hiking and skiing in the winter. His greatest passion is his family and spending time with his 3 boys, Sam and Max and Jonah. Come in and meet Dr. Rob!

Mel

Dental Hygienist

Melanie grew up in the town of Nanton. She graduated from the University of Alberta with a Diploma in Dental Hygiene then a Bachelor of Science Dental Hygiene Specialization in 2010. After working in Edmonton for two years, Melanie moved back to build a house in Okotoks. She started at Drake Landing Dental in 2012. Melanie loves to travel, especially anywhere with a lot of history and old architecture, and has a long list of destinations she still hopes to visit. 

Jamie

Dental Hygienist

Jamie graduated in 2013 from the University of Alberta and has worked for Drake Landing Dental for the past 7 years. She grew up on a farm in Acme, AB and now lives in Okotoks with her husband and two daughters. Jamie enjoys events in the community and spending time in the mountains.

Michelle

Dental Assistant

Michelle is originally from Fernie, B.C. She graduated from the College of the Rockies in 1994. Michelle worked as a CDA in Sparwood, B.C., then moved to Fort Mcmurray AB, and now calls Okotoks home. She has one daughter and a dog, and enjoys the outdoors and being in nature. Michelle is passionate about her job and enjoys the many interactions she has with her patients. She looks forward to meeting you soon!

Kristine

Administrator

Kristine is a born and raised Calgarian. She lived in Turner Valley for ten years, but now lives in Okotoks with her husband and 12 year old son. Kristine is a registered dental assistant working in dentistry since 2003. She has been at Drake Landing Dental since the doors first opened in 2010. She is a lover of cats and travel, and is always looking for suggestions on the best beach you have been to!
